Incident Reporting Guidelines

  • Prioritize Safety: Ensure all firearms are cleared and holstered immediately following any incident.
  • Seek Assistance: Contact a Range Safety Officer (RSO) or club official right away.
  • Secure the Area: Keep non-involved parties away from the incident site until cleared.
  • Document Details: Note the time, location, and individuals involved for the report.
  • Formal Report: Complete the incident report form below within 24 hours of the occurrence.
